“Bone of Contention” has its debut in this exciting exhibit at WAAM. She’s dressed in a dovetailed Vermont Hardwood white maple floater frame.

“WAAM will hold an public reception to celebrate the opening of a new round of exhibitions, including Active Members’ Spring Exhibition in the Main Gallery, Ellen Jouret-Epstein: SPACE/PLACE in the Solo  Gallery, and Phoebe Rotter: Closer Than They Appear in the YES Gallery.”

Intimate, delicate, frail, my collage embodies a woman's vulnerability and sense of longing for wholeness in an environment so often determined to tear one apart.

She floats within a dovetailed natural cherry Vermont Hardwood frame.
